2020 Presidential election

I’ve seen enough, if Ms. Gabbard doesn’t make the next cut I’ll quit following politics for good. I’ll gladly vote Democrat if she’s the nominee.

Sadly it seems the Democratic hierarchy wants her out of the picture. She's about to get Bernied so they can push Biden and Trump will win again.
She's polling at like one percent. The Democratic hierarchy doesn't have to do anything to "get her out of the way."

She refuses to denounce Assad. That’s not a popular position within the DNC or with most rational and decent voters. Assad is a brutal dictator.
She's definitely not perfect(as Bernie wasnt) but i think she has potential to sway the right leaning moderate vote. I also think she's one who could throw jabs at Trump and play his own game. People are looking for any reason to not vote for Trump but poor man's Obama with a sprinkle of Trump in Biden isn't going to move them left. I like Warren but she's a little extreme for my liking. Again though, none of the candidates are even close to perfect at this juncture. The left is a bit of a mess.

That’s untrue, in the video she denounces both Assad and the US military action in Syria.

The most googled candidate after the last debate and she’s polling at 1%, nothing fishy going on here...
It makes perfect sense. A lot of people are unfamiliar with her and so a lot of people looked her up. That doesn't mean they are going to support her. In any case using polling as some sort of proof that she being held back in some way by the Democratic establishment doesn't make sense. They aren't the ones doing the polling.

That’s actually pretty normal in the world of politics.

In 2015 primary, almost every republican candidate had a week or two of being highly googled and not seeing their support improve.

Heck, go back to 2012 even and you’ll see republican candidate’s having 15 minutes of fame of being googled and given a news cycle. Didn’t mean that Romney wasn’t the clear front runner for most of the campaign.

Just because people google a candidate doesn’t mean they like what they learn about them. If anything, that should cause you some self-reflection. Why isn’t tulsi popular? Couldn’t it be because her views/plans just aren’t very popular?

No. Peace is popular. It makes me sick that just because she decided to meet with Assad all of her other views are dismissed. The pro-peace candidate, a vet that has served twice in Irak and has seen the cost of war in first person, who wants to end regime changing wars so that the **** money can be spent to finance medicare for all for instance. Sorry, the 1% polling just doesn’t add up.

I’m with you. God for bid we talk.

But no!!!

Lol now democrats have suddenly become the warmongering party?

Which of the front runners is a hawk? It can’t be Biden, he and Obama were labeled ******* for 8 straight years by republicans. Elizabeth Warren? Has Kamala Harris really said anything about being pro war?

I didn’t mention any of those names in my post nor I referred to the democrats becoming the warmongering party.

Joe Biden is increasingly looking like he's losing his marbles. He just said was Vice President during the Parkland shooting in 2018. Yesterday he said we are a people who "choose truth over facts." He gives speeches where he doesn't finish his sentences. He either has some kind of dislexia or is simply losing his grip.

Look for Warren and possibly Harris to overtake him soon.

He's getting too old for this ****. Which is just as well imo, I think Warren is going to be the frontrunner maybe by the end of the year.

Well, she's not the only antiwar candidate is Thriller's point I think. Her domestic policy isn't far off from Warren's or Harris' either. I think her lack of support is simply that there are other candidates with very similar platforms who are more well known, or better at making their case.

“The Democrats are becoming the warmongering party” is something that out of a population of 7.5 billion, only you have said. Like it’s pretty laughable to accuse Democrats, a party attacked nonstop for being pacifists and weak on foreign policy since Truman, to suddenly becoming the “warmongering” party.

What evidence do you have to support this?

Is warren suddenly pro war? Sanders? Harris? Biden was part of an admin that was attacked nonstop for being too pacifist (remember republicans mocking him for not going to war against Assad?).

Who are The hawk candidates of the DNC?

Wrong. “Google Joe Biden gaffes.” He’s always had issues with gaffes. But compare his gaffes with trump’s nonstop incompetence and lying:

How do you watch a tv show by accident?

Where’s your concern for trump’s mental cognitive abilities? I must’ve missed your post.

As I’ve said all along, I think warren will eventually be the front runner.

So Biden(Trumplite) lies and uses Parkland as a political tool to prop himself up and people respond "but Trump". Two days ago these same people were balling their brains out about a photo op. I call hypocrisy

I'd have a hard time voting for Biden in a Biden vs Trump election. I think I'd probably do it, but I'd do it with my nose plugged. In Utah, since it wouldn't matter, good chance I'd just go ahead and vote "none of the above" as I have done before, like I did with Obama vs Romney.
