Utah-v-BYU

If BYU lost by 4 that would be a good loss because I'm expecting them to lose by 17+

While I’m terrified of playing @USC in Week 4, I think it’s valid because Utah has A LOT to lose and has never won at the Coliseum. Like, ever.

That being said, I’m still not convinced USC is for real and that those kids are buying into playing for Clay Helton’s job. The Stanford win was impressive, but the problem with it being week 2 is that I don’t know if Stanford is very good.

I could see USC blowing them out, but with their talent, they should be capable of blowing almost anybody out. I could also see BYU taking this game deep into the 4th qtr and surprising a lot of people.

BYU just came off an SEC road win and their fans are now past the dreaded “What if we lose to Utah 9 straight times?” mentality. They’re gonna be all hopped up on Cougar Tails and caffeinated soda, screaming ‘Popcorn Popping on The Apricot Tree’ and still insisting that there’s a place in the NBA for Jimmer. All of this could just end up being too much for USC.

I'm terrified of USC and Washington.

You know who scares me is Wazzu. Its their system - you plug in any QB in and they are throwing for 400 yards 4 touchdowns. The way the play is difficult for any defense to deal with. They have had our number lately.

Another one is Cal. Well they remind me of us a little bit, a really good defense that will keep them in a lot of games vs good teams.

There is a lot of parity, which is good but also will be challenging for us to navigate.

Fair enough but byu doesn't play those teams so they don't really scare me

I'm gonna say Utah 48 and Idaho state 13.

Byu 23 and USC 31.

A friend invited me to go to the Utah game with him today. I declined. It’s gonna be a hot dry and a blowout. I’m really interested in the BYU USC game. I thought I might be going crazy thinking that BYU had a good shot at winning. But apparently, I’m not alone!

I think it would be cool to see BYU knock off USC. Can’t wait until conference play begins and utah faces real opponents.

Byu had 12 players on offense catch a pass. Holy ****

The USC receiver pulled the BYU guy out of bounds and then gets the call that the BYU guy forced him out. That's some bs.

As we were watching the last review where the SC receiver was ruled out of bounds, I told my wife that Kalani would lose his **** if it was overturned.
I actually this one I mentioned was a catch, but not clear enough to overturn.

I love how you always pick BYU to lose although you want them to win. You just don't wanna be let down and picking them to lose is a weird win/win. Haha.

You always pick Utah too.
Nah, I just legit say what I think without bias.
I thought byu would stay close and end up losing. They played great

****ing hate(sports hate) BYU but great win! Pac12 is embarrassing themselves once again this year.
I do think Utah will win the PAC 12 though and might even make the playoffs.
They are legit imo. This is their year if it ever will be.
