These guys are pros not boys, they have to know what are they good or bad at, and maybe if they want and they work will develope their game in order to improve. If each player do what they know usually things go better. Rudy has to know his limitations and, as i wrote in other post is not so easy for a guard to roll or loob to Rudy when the whole other team is expecting that. If you can pop or post the defender is insecure about what will happen,if not the defense is quite easy. Rudy is big but there are a lot a bigs and guys that can jump to defend the loob. When i played basketball there was always the same problem. The centers claimed because they didn't received the the ball from the guards, and the guards claimed cause if you passed the ball to the center the ball never comes back. I was guard and i liked to play with the center but if the center has no weapons it's a suicide for the guard, you have to give him all done and i think that sometimes is what happens with Rudy. It's more risky to look for Rudy (predictible) than any other option. The guy making the game winner gets the attention. Rudy is the most important player on the team so he deserves some glory once in a while. This is on Quin to make him shine at the end of a game.
Obviusly Quinn knows the players better than me. If doing that he thinks the team will keep united,ok. But there is a lack of maturity there, Rudy is good or great for what he is, if he wants the last shot or be more important in offense he needs more weapons. It's true that are humans with their egos and Quinn has to deal with that
I don't think that is the answer that Rudy was waiting for but to me Quinn ( being smart) has said the same i was thinking about his comments. But i'm not sure how is feeling Rudy with comments and how will affect to the players chemistry. Anyway is a weird situationQuin’s comments on Rudy’s comments:

Jesus. Can you just become a suns fan for us? That would be niceRudy probably is secretly disappointed that the front office traded or let go Rubio, who was instrumental in his breaking all the team and individual player dunking records in NBA history! If he's not.....he should be!
