I've always been a Gobert fan.

Why would I start this thread if I didn't care about the Jazz? Why would I start this thread and not single out the most important player on the team?

Do none of you understand what it's like to be an actual die hard fan?

Just like Jesus you have your cross to bare and a crown of salty 'i hate Rudy' thorns. Luckily im not the sort of prick that will let this sort of thing slide in a decade or two.
 
Just wasted an hour of my life arguing with generic fans about Gobert. I suggested it would be a disgrace if Gobert wasn't at least an AS reserve this year - and suggested there was a good argument to be had that he was ahead of AD and pn par with Kawhi. Couldn't believe the blowback!!!! My bad for chatting on a FB fan site..

Rudy should start, he's the most dominant big man in the game. I say this 6 hours into a drinking session but im still right.

A guy who calls himself “Gameface” started this thread. In the aftermath of its inevitable implosion (and the subsequent riot of laughter), he has tried to justify his expression on the grounds that he’s a “diehard” fan.

I would like to submit the following photo as a suggestion for what he thinks a Gameface looks like, for a fan that—sheesh—really cares a lot.

I remember when people on Jazzfanz got all butt-hurt for saying two plus years ago that Gobert wasn't untradable and when asked who I'd trade him for I said ADavis and they're like gtfoh.

Don't get me wrong, Gobert has become way better and improved more than I thought. I wouldn't trade him now.
 
If I were to guess, Gameface made this thread when he was moody, the Jazz were playing like trash and he wanted to stir the pot and spark a hell of a reaction - he probably had some liquid courage to help him think it was a good idea too.


Anyone who knows Gameface, knows he's 100% a Jazzman for life. He's a good dude. He makes emotional, knee jerk reaction posts from time to time and I love him for it.
 
This thread may be a contender for "thread of the year". But MTJK thread about putting money on Knicks and how scared we all should be will be hard to beat.
