As someone who did not vote for him, I never once thought of him as being other than honorable and integral. I thought then (and still think) that he did not have deep political conviction, but I don't recall ever questioning his personal integrity.

Second part is my point. While people would say honor and integrity are some of his hallmarks now, a large part of that is the environment of going against Trump. When he was going against Obama, who in many’s minds stood for good things, honor and integrity weren’t the descriptors brought to differentiate him, but rather his wealth, his uncaring about others, and his inherent sexism.
 
If you’re Biden’s campaign, don’t you just run this campaign ad over and over and over again?
