Great, logical, well explained post.If I was just to read this thread and not the article I would think it was a bad news inside. However I did read it yesterday as the Jazznews on IG recommended it and I was encouraged buy it. I mean it did have things in it that made me realize there was a bit more too it then I thought there was but that both sides acknowledge mistakes were made on how things were handled.
DM said in the article that people on the team and that mattered knew how he felt and he felt there was no need to re-hash or respond public to the things being said. He also said he felt bad that it detracted from the team and what other players were doing and saying. Also it mentioned basically had the season continued as normal that this would've been a non issue as they would've been together in the locker room to hash it out and there would've been other stories around the NBA so this would've been a small or non story.
Rudy said he did act immature and realizes he can be difficult to deal with but it all comes from wanting to win and they both said they recognize the other person is all about winning. So boom done, they can always have that common ground and learn and grow from this. Like it said in the article Jazz coaches put in their ears to remember if what they are saying or feeling is about proving your own point or is it about winning. So to me it seems like the Jazz staff have a handle and have been aware of each side point of view since the start.
Everybody please let the drama rest until there is actual, real tangible drama to discuss.
