PA has a pretty stable population, currently estimated by the Census at 12,802,000. A published study on adult educational attainments in 2017 found 8.6 M adults over 18. The Census estimate in 2020 is 9.1 M.
But PA reported registered voters totaling 9.25 M, or 102% of eligible voters, while claiming only 90% as a voter registration stat in Philadelphia.
I think we should do something about dual State citizens. A hell of lot of people in Camden voting in NJ and driving over to Phillyh to vote again.
