It also means that a Republican AG will have to decide to prosecute... right? I can’t imagine Trump fluffer Brian Kemp wants his AG to do that. But I could be wrong. Maybe the release of this tape is a signal that they’re ready to prosecute when he’s no longer president?

I actually wonder if Mitch wouldn’t defend trump if he costs him Georgia on Wednesday? Having said that, I doubt he’d be removed either. So you’re right. In a better world he’d be impeached. But that’s not the entire point. He deserves to be impeached. Norms need to be respected. What precedent are we setting for the next wannabe dictator? And we all know how another impeachment would drive him crazy... well crazier. Live rent free in his head for the next few weeks by impeaching his ***.

Honestly, Pelosi living rent free in his head for 2 more weeks would be just classic.
 
I’m livid at trump and his ****** enablers today. I want him imprisoned. This blatant abuse of power needs to be punished. I feel like we’re only getting a glimpse of what he’s been doing behind the scenes for two months now to state representatives. I’m guessing this is his entire modus operandi for 4 years. For 4 years he’s been acting like a mob boss to ban Muslims, intimidate women, abuse children and immigrants, shut up doctors and experts, hurt our allies, enrich himself and his cronies, and destroy our democracy.

I’m angrier at him than I ever was at Osama Bim Laden. he’s hurt our country, divided our people, and killed off more Americans than our worst enemies could’ve ever dreamed of. He and his disgusting family need to rot in prison. They’re disgusting enemies of our democracy.

"Our elections have occurred. Recounts and audits have been conducted. Appropriate challenges have been addressed by the courts. Governors have certified the results. And the electoral college has voted. The time for questioning the results has passed; the time for the formal counting of the electoral college votes, as prescribed in the Constitution and statute, has arrived," the group wrote.

It kind of seems like the only people who are humoring president trumps attempt at a coup are people who have something to gain or lose in regards to president trumps base of voters. Hmmmm, I wonder why those people are humoring his attempted coup when no one else is.
