I think people on this board have a weird obsession with the amount of melanin in a person's skin. To me it is no different from eye color or hair color or height. I've also met people much better than myself who belong to nearly every school of thought. I've met horrible human beings and they too come from everywhere. Hating a group of people you've never met on account of belonging to a social collective is why the word 'bigot' has such a negative connotation. To me, bigotry is bigotry and I don't have a special class of bigotry set aside for black people because that in and of itself is another bigotry to me. I think people should be seen as people. I don't feel like it is that hard of a concept but sadly it seems exceedingly rare these days.

Don’t you think republicans have done anything to warrant criticism over the last five years? I see folks both on this board and on tv making it sound like elected Republicans are all victims. As if they're just innocent feathers Being blown by the wind like the introduction to the movie Forrest Gump.

I'm honestly not 100% sure, but I think he was making a joke.

He can correct me if I'm wrong but I read his post as if you hate republicans that's because you favor normally abled people over people with ability impairments.

Again, I could be wrong.

Initially I thought it was a joke. But I’m not so sure… I hope it was.

I’m truly getting tired of Republicans constantly whining about being victims. Victims to globalization, victims to immigrants, victims to the media, bias, etc. it’s old
 
Why don’t more people like Republicans? Republicans are victims. The media is so mean.

A greater nuclear power is like saying "Hah. he has a 9mm pointed at my head, well I have a .357 pointed at his head, so I have nothing to worry about."

Seconds later two people have their brains splattered against the walls. No one is laughing anymore.
