Holy ****.I didn't quite understand it... but basically once they do get control of a first round pick in 8 years... it will be the last pick of the draft... and then if they continue to roll forward each year over the tax they add another year to the tab. The second apron was essentially supposed to be so punitive that it is a hard cap... Suns said YOLO and are going to end up eating dirt for a decade... banners fly forever so if they win one its worth it... but they maxed out the CC, refinanced the house, put a loc out on several internal organs, pawned their wedding rings.... etc.
Any word on if there are any implications for other teams' picks they might own (which they will surely go hunting for in 2-3 years)?
