The THT hate is so wild to me
I kind of keep forgetting about him, as if he's already gone. I don't currently see him as a winning player, although I think he is closer to a neutral player than I had previously thought going in to the season last year. I do think there is a decent chance he has a great off season and surprises me next year. The THT hate is so wild to me
LeGM isn't a great GM - partly because he has favorites. reaves is one of his ATF teammates, so there is no doubt he will sacrifice other areas to keep reaves around.Yeah but then that makes them weak in other areas.. they’ve got to choose.
the point is, another player won't suffice in lebron's eyes. reaves is his dude. gonna have to trust me on this, reaves is a laker next season.Unless they get another player back that fills a similar slot.
He's still our best perimeter defender at the guard position for bigger guards/wings and our best passer. He has the highest upside on the roster at the PG position (barring what Keyonte can show this year).I kind of keep forgetting about him, as if he's already gone. The thing that keeps sticking with me is that it felt like he was having a great second half to the year, but then you look at his stats and they were basically his career averages. I think he's just so up and down that they cancel each other out.

Gifted? Dear lord we got a high potential 22 year old. Stop the THT hateHow much more handcuffed would the Lakers be in matching Reaves if someone hadn’t gifted them cap space in return for THT’s $11M?
Did you just call THT ‘high potential’?Gifted? Dear lord we got a high potential 22 year old. Stop the THT hate

It's just super strange to me people actually want him to opt out.
Can we front load to make if more difficult for Lakers to match? Not sure if you can still do that or not. How we lost Wesley Matthews back in the day.Lakers match that instantly but they only have 24 hours to do so.
The max we can offer is 4/98M. We would only need about 25M in cap space to do that.
