Can the Al Jefferson experiment please end?

Apparently you missed post #418.

Thanks for playing!

And I'll assume that you're just going to fade away now without ever refuting anything from the post above. Judging by your posts and the picture posted by you in this thread, I think it's safe to define you as:

Bye bye now child.

Seriously though folks, Al isn't in our long term picture. And he's being paid waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy too much for what we, a small market, can absorb. Is there a team out there like Boston, that can
eat his contract and give us ANYTHING in return?

Rep-ed. Nice/

Indeed, rep you if I could. Strange though....he was able to neg me twice in an hour. How's that possible?

So is there any kind of rule with the rep system, about negging?

I suppose you can neg anyone who says something that you don't agree with?

I have the system figured out. Like I said, I frequent another board that uses the rep system.

There, so many people have abused it. Rep trade threads, and other crap. Some people have rep power of around 10,000 or even more. And there, you have to get 1000 rep points to get 1 rep power.

So if you asked for the neg rep I guess you were thinking it would translate into positive?

?

Oh, I HAVE to respond to your posts?

Well, what did you refute in my posts? You hate Al. So what? I don't hate Al. So what?

As for me somehow breaking the rules, I post a lot of good info and insight on Jazzfanz.

But I guess liking Al Jefferson is an offense punishable by death.

So you are deliberately circumventing board rules with your hack? You are not going to last long.

Oh, I do wish I could say that I hacked into the system...but no, I just tried a few things and figured out how it worked. Pretty simple.

So why am I not going to last long? I've been posting to Jazzfanz for years. Granted, my post count isn't high, but that's just because I don't come here that often.

Honstly, I'm not a big fan of this board. Too many people posting, so it is nearly impossible to read all of the crap that is posted.
I have better things to do.

The old ESPN boards (started in 1999) were much more fun. We had great posters, people with inside info, lots of interesting topics. That was so cool back then, that many of us migrated to a new board that we made ourselves when ESPN changed formats and screwd evrything up.

We had quite a group. Actually had a bunch of get-togethers.
I even scored Jazz tickets, even lower bowl tickets from people on that board.
I have met SaltyDawg. Very cool guy in person. He was part of that oringal group.

I like to talk Jazz ball. I also like to vent during the game. But seriously, I've never been that enamoured with Jazzfanz. Not a lot that keeps me coming here. But for now, it is the only jazz board that I know of. The other ones eventually fizzled out.

Really, it's funny how I am suddenly being called a troll and accused of violating some rule.

This all started on the main game thread when I didn't agree with all the Jefferson hate. now, I'm the troll. whatever.

Tonight I was a little unhappy that Ty brought Paul and Al back so early in the 4th. Kanter and Favors had played well previously in the game. Just thought it was 2-3 minutes too soon.

That last Jefferson shot...from my vantage point looked Charmin Ultra-soft to me. Am I wrong?

Not a good shot. But why did he get it in the first place? I have to rewatch, but my take on it was he got handed a shot he felt he had to rush with the time crunch when Hayward should have taken it.

Malone struggled against teams and defenders with length. We should have gotten rid of him much sooner.

Frickin' Hayward. How many more times do we need to watch him drive the lane, get to the basket, and then pass it? Usually to someone 20+ feet from the basket. Can the Gordon Hayward of April please return?

You're preaching to the choir. I'm losing my mind watching him play unselfishly. I put this in the game thread, but a 3rd quarter play is Hayward's season in a microcosm: He gets Barnes in the air on a pump fake. He doesn't take the easy foul jumping into him. He dribbles around him. Then he gets to the elbow for a clean 10 footer and passes it back out. It's maddening.
