I don't think we'll use very many of the picks. You can't have that many young players and try to develop them. Look at the struggle this year, then add more next year and the year after while still trying to develop this year's guys. It also doesn't seem like a DA thing to do as well, nor what he's implied.
Being able to trade swaps has nothing to do with being more valuable in upgrading your roster through trades. Teams definitely value more 1st round picks in a trade even with restrictions than swaps.
I don't think any will turn into jumps that big. Things change when you're giving up your pick in the lottery. But crazy **** has happened.
