Lauri definitely struggled and was a bit frustrated post ASB/Conley trade, he definitely made it easier for him. But Lauri did have his Euro breakout before talking into training camp with the Jazz.

I think it's also fair that Conley was uniquely set to help Lauri pop off even more. Lauri is a shot finisher at heart, Conley wouldn't "make" many other players elevate their stats as much
AGAIN, for the people who trouble hearing because Lauri's discharge is so deep in their ears, I'm not saying Lauri was good becaues of Conley. I'm saying Conley made the team win, which led to Lauri being able to put up stats for a WINNER as THE GUY. When you do that and become an all-star, it raises your value. It's not a debate. Yall being extra weird.

I don’t think ATL will be terrible, Quin will get that team to extremely mid….but with the new lottery odds, having a later lotto position is way more valuable than before.

If the Jazz got SAS, ATL, and their own 2025….they could have a ton of lotto balls. West is super competitive so I’m not sure Lauri makes SAS a playoff team right away.

San Antonio has a very good collection of juicy picks that aren’t theirs. I think I like their potential package the best at the moment unless Houston is willing to trade a blue chip prospect with a bunch of future picks.
I kind of care less about the blue chip thing now because I dont think that prospect really exist on the market currently and the Jazz have so many prospects and will draft so many more next year that I dont really care about getting anymore young players.

I’ve been texting HH the last couple of days saying the percentage is growing…

No my logic was we kept Conley and Conley boosted his own value along with everyone else by making the Jazz look like winners. It's a fact. You just sound like a dumbass, I'm sorry. You fail to understand some pretty clear logic and are getting weird about Lauri's improvement being just him? I dont care how good Lauri's stats are, if the team isnt winning he isnt an All-Star (like this past season). Being an all-star matters. Winning matters. It raises value. It's common sense.
Yeah, Lauri being injured had nothing to do with him not being an all star last year. And without that one all star appearance Lauri wouldn’t be worth much at all by your logic? We get to talk about offers that are too good to refuse because that’s what happens with everyone who gets to the all star game once.

Or… Lauri broke out because of Lauri and his value is his own doing.

Amen Thompson is basically who I was talking about but Jabari Smith Jr could be that guy too.

With Dejounte out they are a Trae injury away from being an exceptionally pathetic team. And even with Trae healthy they may be fairly pathetic.

Lowe mentioning it unprompted is a lot different than McMahon talking about it on a pod when asked what’s going on in Utah and him saying “he’s available if the Thunder want to give J dub and 5 picks”. That’s essentially a **** off… listening was a tone change. Lowe isn’t a rumor monger… him mentioning it how and when he did was an absolute change.

It changed when Bridges was moved for likely a variety of reasons.

If Lowe didn’t dismiss it twice in the same 10 second clip, I’d be with ya. But the two pieces of info that people said indicated a change (Woj+Lowe)….both of them downplayed it immediately.

I like Amen, he is exciting, but ehhhhh. He's got a massive flaw. Not really a guy I'm hyped to build around. Just roll with Collier/Keyonte/Flip/Sensabaugh/Lofton/Walker/Hendricks/Williams and let's keep it rolling.

Trae or Jalen… Capela fading and Okongwu is the DNP champ. Trae also prickly and could check out. He’s literally said regular season isn’t interesting to him (or something along those lines). Quin sucks at managing personalities and his glasses are stupid.
