A joke a day keeps doctor away :)

Trump dies, goes to hell as he deserves, meets Lucifer. Lucifer says, " well you certainly belong here, but we running out of space so in order to accept you we need to let somebody go to purgatory and you will do what they are doing in their place". Lucifer opens 1st door and Trump sees George Bush hammering rocks non stop with big sledge hammer. "Eh, I have bad shoulder from golfing, I don't think i can do that, lets check somebody else". Lucifer opens 2d door and Trump sees Joe Biden doing laps on a bike." No no, I have ankle spurs, no way I can do that".... Lucifer opens 3d door and Trump see Bill Clinton strapped in bed and Monica Lewinsky doing what she is famous for..." Trump says, "yeah this I can live with, she is not my type but will do"... Lucifer says - "Ok Monica, you free to go to purgatory"...

The justice system is biased against trump and conservatives! trump is treated unfairly by the justice system!

Also the justice system:
Trump, the Republican nominee for president, had asked Justice Juan Merchan to push back his sentencing date until after the Nov. 5 election. Trump had previously been scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 18, less than two months before the election.

A New York judge on Friday delayed former U.S. President Donald Trump's sentencing on charges stemming from hush money paid to a porn star until Nov. 26.

Poor trump. Victimized again.
 
This is that two-tier justice system we keep hearing about. Can all Americans found guilty of federal crimes just say they have something important coming up and get their sentencing indefinitely suspended?

It is interesting what happens when an ethics complaint is filed against the presiding judge that contains proof the judge's daughter received a payment from the Harris campaign on July 30, nine days after Harris replaced President Joe Biden atop the Democratic ticket.

from the filed complaint:
"The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree."

If Judge Merchan had sentenced Trump on September 18, and Trump's lawyers had managed to get the sentence quickly thrown out due to Judge Merchan's violation of § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), it would have proved true the claims of bias right before people started casting ballots. The narrative that Harris had bought the judge would be everywhere.

You can tell that is exactly what Judge Merchan was thinking when he issued the statement along with the delay saying "The Court is a fair, impartial, and apolitical institution. Adjourning decision on the motion and sentencing, if such is required, should dispel any suggestion that the Court will have issued any decision or imposed sentence either to gave an advantage to, or create a disadvantage for, any political party and/or any candidate for any office".

It was probably pushed back due to the revelations from this DOJ chief saying it was lawfare and a travesty of justice
