It'll be Kanter.. mark my word. He's already more advanced offensively than Favors, Hayward and Burks combined. He just doesn't know it yet and not getting minutes he deserves.

For a 6-11 guy, he can do it all but is just a little bit raw.

He can shoot from anywhere, can play back to the basket, has some moves, great mobility, good free throw shooter, can rebound the ball and play defense.

He needs some time. He has the most unique skillset next to Hayward, imo. Will improve his passing and consistency by getting more experience and consistent minutes.

Since offense never gets overlooked in the All-Star selection, I see Kanter as more likely to be the first one to get in since there are not so many great options at the Center position in comparison to the Forward position.

I just see Kanter as standing out as a player. It's a perception issue. Favors as a PF is going to have to get in ahead of someone like Blake Griffin, possibly Anthony Davis, maybe Cousins, then LMA, Zach Randolph, David Lee, etc. Whereas, people can say Kanter is the best young center in the league.

Kanter will be the most dominant big man of this era. Book it. Only Al Jefferson has a better post game than him imo. And he is better than most of the bigs. He can shoot from everywhere , 3 point shot too. In 3 years everybody see that cavaliers made a mistake passing kanter. faking BOOK IT JAZZ DUDES AND AQ47 not AK47

Realistically, Kanter if any of them. Hayward is a good player, but doesn't do All-Star things, like score a lot. He does a lot of little things. Either way, he's not playing at an All-Star level, and I'm not sure he'll ever reach it.
Kanter is going to be one of the few identifiable 20/10 centers in the West with a complete inside-outside game. Coaches could vote him in within a few years.

Burks has enough talent, but he'd have to beat out a bunch of guards, and it's tough.

Favors could eventually get selected, but he's still too raw right now. Still, if Joakim Noah and Tyson Chandler can get in, then maybe Favors can too at some point.

He's second on the team in points per minute with 18.3 per 36 (this is more than Paul George, people).

I think Kanter will become an All-Star, but as far as getting there first, it might be tough. If Millsap or Jefferson is re-signed, it's sadly going to be Kanter coming off the bench. At least in the beginning.

To help put things into perspective, here are the per 36 stats:

Favors

15.3 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.3 blocks

Kanter

16.0 points, 10.2 rebounds, 1.4 blocks

Hayward

18.3 points , 3.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists

(Burks' minutes/position have been so out of whack this season that I don't think his per 36 stats can tell us much)

Hayward has that league wide name which will help. It's not always who is the most talented rather who is the most name recognition/biggest reputation.
Favors, Kanter, and Burks all have a shot to be all-stars, but it's doubtful all of them break through. I think Favors is the most likely out of the bunch.

As far as all star chances go: Hay > Favors > Kanter > Burkie
