I'll have to check it out. You should search for "what is property?" You can download it from google for free. I don't agree with all of his positions but the thinking behind them is beautiful, none the less.

Yes I am. Second hand smoke is avoidable. No one is going to strap you into your high chair and blow smoke in your face.

That level of exposure is not required for second-hand smoke, and your position seems to boil down to making it my responsibility to avoid any sort of poisons my neighbor emits. That's not realistic.

Just a little fyi, ordinary citizens can buy rocket launchers, cannons, etc. Hasn't seemed to be too big of an issue. Can't remember hearing of a crime where someone used any of those things to gain an advantage.

Buy is different from carry, though. When was the last time you saw one being carried?
