How may of us would have been shocked if KOC had taken Fields or Crawford with the 9th pick? Hayward turned out to be a good pick but look at what those 2 did in there rookie season. I think we almost have to look out side the box this year with our second pick. We might have to take a flier on a guy that is not projected high but we see something in.

The 2011 NBA Draft looks to lack superstar talent, but as word starts trickling out from Training sites across the country, there are some NBA players in this class, its just going to take some work to spot them.
The 2011 Draft looks to be a trap-type draft for teams that have not been doing their homework, and much like last year where some of the best players - Gary Neal, Landry Fields, Eric Bledsoe and Jordan Crawford - were not top draft picks, the 2011 Draft is setting up to be the same way, as some of the best players, who could really impact a NBA team are not being projected in the top 10 to 15 picks.
