No it was dumb. Just regular American barbecue with Aussie names on the menu so you have to ask what everything is and get answers like mashed potatoes, French fries, barbecue Shrimp, etc.

They had crocodile on the menu but it was just an American meat (brisket or something) and one of their meals has “barbie” in the name like throw another shrimp on the barbie. Another meal had “dingo” in the name.

It sucked tbh.

Yeah, I've been to the Orem location a few times. It was pretty decent the first couple of times but then more "meh". And one time is was downright bad, so I decided not to go back after that. A restaurant only gets one strike with me.

Spida getting pointers from Kobe. Have to say, Kobe has some interesting analysis here. Gives some insight into what made him a great player. He thought of basketball like a high-paced game of chess. Every action opens various opportunities, and the idea is to exploit the opponent according to the decisions they make.

Donovan already is doing that to some degree - he’s said as much in explaining why he plays well in the 4th quarter.

But when he figures out how to do it consistently, all game long. . . look the **** out.

Not going to lie, I think Kobe could be a damn good mentor and resource for Donovan. His mindset is something that is similar to how Donovan functions. I know Quin likes and respects him from his Laker days. I could see him encouraging Spida to meet and train with Kobe at some point.
