I don’t think it would take a lot to get Conley.
I think they want to develop JJJ, gut it/tank, add another significant piece in the 2019 draft and 2020 (after an 82 game tank), and go from there.
They do that best by ditching Conley and Gasol pronto.
That said, there’s no way to do it without including Favors or Exum and I’m not sure I want to do either.

No, New Orleans had a lot of bad injuries including golden boy. They made more good moves than bad. They never found another super star, but most teams don't.
