The good news is that with three GMs in the FO there are plenty of extra hands on deck.
Us fans putting in a lot of unpaid moonlighting time this offseason. It makes me wonder what they’re doing.
I’m really not sure what Boston did besides losing Hayward.
Well, they did do what we couldn’t/wouldn’t and got a max-contract TPE.

Wait a minute... I just thought of a way to save a few bucks... 3 GMs seems excessive seeing as we missed the mark capwise... we should hire one more to really focus on finances.

They were really close on trading for a lot of stars... had lots of stuff lined up... just ask trader Dan.
Lazy is not a way I would describe this off season or last. They were very active last season, and as a result of several terrible moves, they've been very active in trying to clear those moves off. There's not a lot to work with here. Nearly all the assets were burned in the Conley deal, and the rest are being burned to reverse the other terrible moves. Given the scarcity of resources and lack of tradable pieces, I'd say the Jazz were plenty active.
Lazy would be the summer of 2018, when they were so proud of themselves that they rolled back the same exact team and didn't even attempt to use the MLE. The only difference in active players from game 82 of 17/18 to game 1 of 18/19 was Grayson Allen instead of Jonas Jerebko. You must have forgotten when the off-season acquisition was continuity.
