Ed hasn’t played in a while , last night I thought he might get some garbage time ... but Snyder went back to Bradley ...
Surely there is something in the works to flick him... or maybe no one wants him ?
He didn't get smoked. He got banished to sunken realm. He got smoked by a hard screen... I mean he was going hard at least... Ariza would have a better chance surviving spot minutes in the playoffs than Niang.
We’re a different team than last year, but did you see Niang get laid out hard on a screen chasing TJ McConnell last night? It made me think of this.He didn't get smoked. He got banished to sunken realm.
And it depends on the matchup. Ariza wouldn't have played in last year's playoffs when we needed shot making.

Ed must of taken a whiz in Quin's Wheaties to not even get off the bench in a 30 point blowout. Dude might be packaged for something, but not sure which. Just utterly amazing.
No, I fell asleep 10 minutes before the game. Goddamn the time difference. We’re a different team than last year, but did you see Niang get laid out hard on a screen chasing TJ McConnell last night? It made me think of this.

Brutal stretch for Davis there. I feel bad for him. What should be a solid backup role on an obvious contender became a string of DNPs and questioning his fit/desire/heart. They need to let him go so he can get some PT elsewhere where he feels more part of the team.
They are probably trying to trade him, but under no scenario do you release him... you release him and you pay his salary but can't trade it. He's a depth piece if he can't be moved... his own poor play has landed him here... he's a bad fit, but he also wasn't playing well. He has been serving as a mentor and he won't be a locker room problem. Trade him next year when his contract is expiring.Either trade or release. Problem is we don't have many big men beyond Bradley, so we would need depth there.
