I would trade Ed Davis to Detroit for Markieff Morris. I'd trade a 2nd-rd pick or NWG to Golden State for Glen Robinson III.

we can simply send JJ directly to the stars if we don't like what we see. and in JJ's recent G-league games and his interviews it does sound like the kid's trying to save his young career and just wanna play ball.

different story with ariza/morris since both will be contracted thru next season and significant lockerroom presence given their age/experience. so if they don't pan out, it will become an issue.

If Ed gets traded then my vote is Willie Reed. Good length and active on defense and .333 3pt percentage. He gives the Jazz a different look and a big body not demanding for time and is affordable.

If the Jazz do call up Willie then I would trade for a PG, or a good value player like GRIII.

Make it Morris AND Gibson or Portis and maybe there's a conversation to be had. This of course presumes that Morris doesn't destroy everything or refuse to report or some dumb ****.
