I’m hoping that Scotland goes independent in about 1.5 years (that seems about as soon as the movement could finally coalesce and get over the top with a solid majority). I think they’ll have a lot of good ideas for how to promote participation, protect labor and the environment, etc.

My wife and I were there for a couple of weeks last year and we really loved it. I think we’d seriously consider moving there if they went independent.

Edinburgh is one of the prettiest cities in Europe. The countryside is beautiful and Scotish people is really nice, especially in the highlands. Weather sucks though.

We never made it to Edinburgh, and I really regret that. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the Orkneys and the Northwest Highlands. Spectacular places. I’d happily live in Ullapool and get busy with the reforestation efforts there.

But seriously.... my Scottish friend at work and I watched in disbelief when the independence referendum was voted down prior to the Brexit fiasco. Here's hoping that it eventually happens.

Legend has it every European alive today is a descendent of Charlemagne, most people via thirty or more, maybe 200 different ways.

With a mathematical equation of doubling your total inventory of ancestors every thirty years, you need to look for 1000 people back only 300 years, and besides the trailer trash folk and peasants mostly die out completely every 100 years, leaving only the elites to breed the next wave of peasants, perhaps with a few less than willing milk maids and such.

My daughter has proven, by legend or record somehow........, that we are descended from Longshanks and Braveheart, and from various Irish, French, and Spanish royals as well as some Berber big shots with very sharp swords.

The Federal system of governance, which despite the current misuse of the word, really means more local government power is a good idea.

Every distinct local society should have its own government handling 99% of a vastly reduced regulatory and propaganda-spouting/jingoistic nonsense ranting State.

Reducing government power, and breaking up what power there is, is the only way to prevent genocidal and fascist abuses perpetrated by little numbskull and soul-less and heartless deranged psychopaths/sociopaths owing their allegiance to the elites/royals du jour.

I absolutely condemn any and all Biden supporters for being everything they say bad about Trump base voters. Hillary too, and Obama. When will you ever just see the fact that whoever our elite/corrupt propaganda Establishment is promoting is not your good choice. It's a fact that Trump has been rolled if he ever wished to be respondent to voters long disenfranchised by both political parties. He's been Faucied. Says it all. Deep State "Progressive Elite" management dudes.

But actually voting for a Biden is a conscious abandonment of all good sense. The man is demented, a compulsive liar, and corrupt from head to toe. He stood in a CFR setting and bragged about extorting Ukrainian government to not investigate his son's payola. Some former CFR member had the balls to record it and release it, but our system of suppression of real news, and relevant facts, has pretty much ignored it. If it were Trump, he'd be gone, for sure.

It's a fact that he couldn't pass any sort of competence test related to being functional. He will be our "Basement President" while communists chortle about how they have him running scared. He is owned by China. Putin can calculate reliably on being forced to pay huge sums to Bidens's relatives and managers just to keep a seat at the world's bowery garden war watch parties. You know, watching the little people march hither and yon being zapped by drones and megabombs and such. While the leaders of both sides of these UN-sanctioned wars drink themselves blind and pound at the underage girls a hundred Epsteins produce for them.

This is actually a good read, and it will prove so compelling to our modern progressive activists I have no doubts but that it will be on the Democratic Party Platform until it is made actual government-ordered lawful disposition of unwanted babes. Far more sensible than abortions.

But I digress. Progressive activists today are mostly illiterate. Meaning they can't read, which is why TV actors are paid to read out the daily progressive mantras for general sedation/mesmerization of the masses.

This is the sad fate of every intelligent notion today, and without the teachings of Xi being read out we would no longer be able to function as a nation in any sense.
