I'm ready to go appropriate dos tacos right now....
I don't think that level of opposition to cultural appropriation is even close to mainstream amongst democratic voters. Like that probably represents the <1% fringe.Speaking of which.
Check out this google search. Im not going to link Washington Composts articke because they want money.

Just listen to Denzel's commencement speech, and motivational speeches.
Love this man. He is great man. I dont think he is a fake who is made by acting.
lol
If she was the Democratic nominee I'd vote for Trump. I mean if as a country we're gonna be that stupid let's just get all the way stupid.
Which potential Democratic candidate do you like?

She's pretty low on my list right now. What about Tulsi Gabbard? Do like her?
Ive started to like her. She is more moderate than some of these crazy leftists. So far from what I have heard I could get behind her.
She's pretty low on my list right now.
yepIs it because she is a girl?
One of your better posts.I've always thought cultural diffusion was a norm throughout human history. The movement against "cultural appropriation" had always seemed out of whack to me, for that reason. I recall a few years ago, some university, I think it was on the West coast, but might have been Canada, eliminated yoga classes because people complained it was appropriation. JMO, but that seemed pretty foolish.
If you want to pretend that Hillary being a woman had nothing to do with the election in 2016, well you would be pretending. Was it the basis of every last bit of opposition to her? No, of course not. But you slap a penis on her and she wins the election. So Bulletproof, when I asked that question how did that make you feel? Do you feel like taking me super serial like Ive just made an awesome point?
If you want to pretend that Hillary being a woman had nothing to do with the election in 2016, well you would be pretending. Was it the basis of every last bit of opposition to her? No, of course not. But you slap a penis on her and she wins the election.
Here's a direct quote from someone I worked with during the 2016 election campaign:I would argue the complete opposite. The only reason why she even had a chance is because she is a woman.
She lost because she has zero charisma, isnt funny, isnt charming, isnt nice. She sounds evil. There is nothing likable about her. It wouldn't have mattered if you slapped a penis on her. She wouldn't have won.
I bet I could find dozens videos of people actually saying out loud she should win just because she is a woman, and its time, blah, blah, blah. Dont pretend you didnt hear it too. SMH
The market is way up, but you go right ahead and celebrate any time there's a down day.Yall might wanna refrain from looking at your 401ks today. Sooooo much winning...
What a foolish comment. If you want to pretend that Hillary being a woman had nothing to do with the election in 2016, well you would be pretending. Was it the basis of every last bit of opposition to her? No, of course not. But you slap a penis on her and she wins the election.
Depends on where the penis is.If you want to pretend that Hillary being a woman had nothing to do with the election in 2016, well you would be pretending. Was it the basis of every last bit of opposition to her? No, of course not. But you slap a penis on her and she wins the election.
Here's a direct quote from someone I worked with during the 2016 election campaign:
"We tried a black guy as President and we saw how that turned out. Now they want to elect a Woman?!?"
So it WAS a factor for some people. It's that simple. I already said it wasn't the only factor, but it did play a role and it hurt her.
Just like I've said you don't have to be a racist to be a Trump supporter, but if you are a racist Trump is definitely going to be the most appealing candidate. This isn't an all or nothing deal. I don't accuse individuals of racism just for supporting Trump. I don't accuse individuals of being against Hillary because they are sexist. But I do acknowledge the extremely obvious fact that those issues exist. Trump DOES attract racists and makes them feel more welcome than any other politician in my lifetime ever has. Many people, consciously or not, have an aversion to women in leadership positions. It's a real thing whether you like it or not.
