Okay, our experiences are different. When I express support for Trump policies on this site (which is an experience I realize that you've never had) the accusations of racism rain down upon me.

Many of Trump's policies are racist/sexist, certainly in effect.

I am very confident that in the real world nobody who knows me ever thinks of me as a racist at all.

Some people think you need to be a KKK member (or something similar) to be racist. However, we all have racist biases built into our reactions simply bt being raised in a racist culture.

I do not think Trump is a good guy either, but my opinion of him is not nearly as low as yours. I think the media portrayal of Trump is absurd.

This is true. I told my wife that I could never support enslaving another race. But I’m totally racist/biased against Asians. Whenever I see an Asian behind the steering wheel or running me over at a National Park taking selfies, I get anxious. I’m trying to work on it to be less judgmental. I’m sure many other races see me and think I’m a petty obnoxious ignorant white dude with a dad bod. They’re probably right. And I’m not even sure they’re being racist or biased. It could be a pretty damn accurate observation.

• VA employees are being held accountable for poor performance, with more than 4,000 VA employees removed, demoted, and suspended so far.
