2023 NBA Draft Megathread

I read an article today based on where the jazz picks are now and the CBS mock draft and the jazz got

Dariq Whitehead
Jarace Walker
Jared Walsh

I could live with that draft.

I would gladly take all three of those guys in the late teens to early 20's but there will better players to choose from with our pick and the minny pick.

I'm starting to think Jazz might be in position to draft both Thompson twins. Apparently they *really* want to play together on the same NBA team too.
Unless they luck into a top 4 spot I doubt it.
Maybe if Amen slides and Kemosahbee is still there late first lol

If the Jazz want a big guard or wing shooter like the Kevin Huerter, Tyler Herro and Klay Thompson types that have been killing the Jazz lately, Jett Howard would be a good pick in the later lottery. He's been good shooting off movement and off the dribble, as well as spot ups. Good size at 6'7" - 6'8" with the ability to square up and fire quickly even if he's a bit off balance. He also has some secondary playmaking ability, making him more versatile than just a shooter. He's shooting 39% on 3PAs through his first dozen games.

Jett Howard and Taylor Hendricks are my early slept on dudes.
Hendricks adequate shooting was slept on a lot in the recruiting process, not so much now imo.
I like him as a late riser like J Williams last draft, where he might be an option with one of our first two picks, but probably a reach in the top 14.
Jett has the tools and an elite bbiq. Cannot argue him being taken 9-16, but his lack of even average NBA athleticism, could push him down boards. I think he will struggle some at the next level, defensively but the offense will transfer enough to not care.

That thing is a work of art. Gets it off fast... clean makes... I even like that he comes forward slightly with his leg... will lead to some three shot fouls. Based on size and shooting he should be in the lotto. If he adds anything else then great. I think he may be the 15th player in my top 10 right now.
