We should get more picks for Kessler than Dallas got for Luka. Just how it needs to be. Trader Danny needs to troll the Lakers now that they absolutely need a rim protector.

Lakers scope to improve the team changed from looking 1-3 years ahead to now looking 1-7 years ahead. A guy like Kessler who helps them in the short term AND is also a long term prospect is much more valuable to them now.

So from where I'm looking from Ainge doesnt need to ease up at all.

Would Kessler for Lively work? Lively is likely done for the season, which would be perfect for us. If we decide to tank next season too, we could trade him. Dallas would get a good player that would help them position themselves for the play offs.
