I think Sim and Vote tourney should be done separately to mix it up. Voting should be a total wildcard that way the least amount of bias is in place for the tournament.

An idea I have is I Sim up to the playoffs, send Thee the seeding and he starts the voting. When we get to the semi finals I post the Sim results.
