IMO, he could be similar to Darius Garland. However, at his body weight, he's going to have very little physical presence and may end up in a Malik Monk type role coming off the bench.

Agreed, unless there is some kind of trade....but I don't know which team would want to to do. I think the scenario where both are available is much more likely. Spurs could just decide that Shep is their PG at #4, that's what I would do, and then there are no more Dilly/Topic landing spots in the rest of the top 10 besides UTA.
He has the offensive game for it. His shot creation ability is great and his ability to finish over guys is impressive.
