Half tank was criminal management. We are paying for DA's sins.
Half tank finished with the worst record in the NBA doe.
That's a full tank if I ever saw one.

If we keep Collins we might be heading for another half tank.
If it's as successful as last seasons half tank then that would be wildly successful.

Keeping Collins is fine. Hendricks probably won't even be ready to start the year. Hopefully he plays well enough to move at the deadline.

Pointless. All it does is lose lotto balls and take playing time from young players. If TH can’t play enough minutes, play Flip or other young guys more minutes. It’s not like those minutes can’t be put to good use.

I think we'll be ok if we end up having to wait and moving one + of them at the deadline. I thought the point of moving on from Sexton was so that we don't feel like we have to play him minutes. I don't think we have to play Nurkic any amount of guaranteed minutes.
Okay but that's a big mean guy... you get to tell him he's sitting in a contract year for a team he has no attachment to.

Nobody refers to last season as a half tank.
The post I quoted referred to a situation where if we keep Collins it's another half tank yet I feel like we had Collins on the roster last year (not to mention sexton) and it was a full tank.

Collier, Keyonte, Ace, Lauri, Kessler
WCJ, Brice, Collins, Flip

Nurkic, minimum free agent signing, and Svi off the deep bench.

Cody and Hendricks take turns in the Gleague to start the year.

Perhaps I’m reading into this too much…but maybe we’re working on a Lauri deal? If Lauri is gone, maybe you keep Collins as a cheaper long term option. Same logic for a potential Kessler trade I guess. Idk, seems like any move I can think of would have already happened.

It’s obvious that we wanted to clear out a logjam in the backcourt so our young guys could play. But we just have a big log jam in the front court now. You can have some oversized lineups to get guys minutes….but it really feels like we’re undercutting Ace/Flip/Hendricks now.
You've been saying it. AA has no attachment to the players we have. So I can see a move with either Walker or Lauri. The beat writers have been pretty consistent saying it won't happen but we did run some smoke and mirrors during the draft so who knows.
