What's new

Another religious topic......

Atheism may not be a religion per se but it is most definitely a belief system. Atheists forcing their beliefs onto Christians is just as egregious as Christians forcing their beliefs on atheists.
Forcing their beliefs in what way? Saying "please don't shove your beliefs down our or everyone else's throats"?

Forcing their beliefs in what way?

It really doesn't matter what I say here, you'll never see the other point of view. At the very least, however, you should have a problem with a group from Texas forcing Utah to do something that not even Utah citizens had a problem with. Why are you OK with Texas citizens leading you around by the short hairs?

By forcing non-belief on everyone else.
I've been waiting a long time for one example of this. So I'm issuing a public challenge again right now.

Opposing monuments to the bible doesn't count. Nor does opposing "under god" in the pledge of allegiance, or "in god we trust" on the money. All I or anyone I've ever known have asked is to keep the playing field level, everywhere. If atheists were to do what the religious right are constantly trying to do, they'd be pushing "there is no god" on money and "under whatever" in the pledge of allegiance.

Again, level playing field.

I am really dense or naive to what you're talking about. What are you talking about?

Good luck getting through the mind field that my dogs leave in the front yard.

Well played.

Talking about poop > Scat and numbs argument about atheism > craig's triceps > DutchJazzers boyfriend > Archie's Lexus.
