Back Up Point Guards

I promise price will be back on the roster. When healthy he is a great short minutes energy guy and a change of pace PG. Perfect 3rd PG guy. He also busts his *** on defense and does the same in practice making everyone work harder. He wants to be in Utah and plays for the minimum.

#2 no doubt Earl
For #3 Kyle Weaver is a better option than Ronnie Price.

Acie Law? No
Carlos Arroyo? No
Earl Boykins? Maybe
Sebastian Telfair? Maybe

Let me know if you care to make things interesting.

I would like to make things interesting. Ill bet choice of name for each other that price is on the Jazz next season.

Price will never be a starting point guard on an elite team. He should not start for our team. But he is a solid 3rd PG. This board has a blind hate for him. The beginning of this season he put in solid minutes.

Deal.

I figure I have two things going in my favor: 1. There may not even be a season, and 2. Ronnie Price is an awful basketball player.

There is an undrafted rookie free agent from Illinois that might be intriguing for #3.
Saw McCamey play alot. Same size as DWill, nowhere near the playmaker but a good shooter (started his career at SG, not quite a true pass-first PG but can play PG nonetheless). Biggest issue is his mental approach. Bruce Weber even said he doesn't handle success well. Maybe going undrafted will light a fire under him and keep him focused, but after a strong start to the season he was definitely one of the bigger disappointments. Does have the ability, though.

IMO Burks is likely to be the #3 PG. I'll take another year or two of Watson, please.

I do think that a guy that plays as hard as Price does has a spot on any NBA team. He can have Fes' or Elson's seat.
