Back Up Point Guards

IF in fact Burks can fill the 3rd PG role and Okur plays, I'd rather spend the 13th roster spot on re-signing AK than Price. If we decide to keep 14, maybe then we keep him...
1. Harris
2. Watson
3. Burks
4. Hayward
5. Bell
6. CJ
7. Evans
8. Millsap
9. Favors
10. Jefferson
12. Okur
13. AK

No way ak is 13 thevwould rather have a 3rd big.

AK NEEDS to play wherever he goes if he's to have a net neutral worth. He's a net negative to any team without a prominent role and minutes. I have no interest in that at this stage (and very little of it anytime) on my team.

Sign David Lighty in free agency whenever they can do that. Or Quinton Ross (if you want 0 ceiling but a body that can play and some experience without having huge leage-wide value). At this stage, I want my veterans to be either really good/not too old for the rebuild or far too old for the rebuild but cheap and contribute to the experience level and culture of the locker-room/play the game, prepare the right way, have the right mentality. Between those two concepts, AK is right in the middle; no man's land.

I would like to make things interesting. Ill bet choice of name for each other that price is on the Jazz next season.

Price will never be a starting point guard on an elite team. He should not start for our team. But he is a solid 3rd PG. This board has a blind hate for him. The beginning of this season he put in solid minutes.
