Bucks at Jazz: 7pm MT

Mitchell is a super star.

Super Star isn't about basketball ability or play level. Its the combination of being a NBA star and being a marketing star. Mitchell has his own shoe with a big 2 brand (Adidas/Nike) so he qualifies.
Name me some other super stars that didn't make the all star team and won't be all NBA.

Super star isn't about basketball ability lol.

There is no way that we could have just absorbed Mirotic's salary. Every Mirotic backer on this board was quite clear that they wanted Mirotic in and Favors gone. Every single one of you. Saying something different now is just revisionism.
No. The trade was 100% a first for Niko. Not favors.
No one, including me and infectuon, wanted to trade a 1st and favors for Niko.

How many times do we have to go through this?

It hasn't and its easy to look up.

Yes, Rubio did not play well first game back from injury against a starting lineup that had a 6'8 guy as their shortest player.
I guess at some point when your eyes see one thing and you happen to be undefeated when Rubio is out and Mitchell starts at PG then I start to beleive in it more. But I like numbers too so I get you.

I’d personally like to see it because I don’t think Rubio has any long term plan here, and I’d like to know what Mitchell can do down the stretch, would help with free agent plans.

And just because I really do think the offense looks better when he runs it, and we are undefeated when he does. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just like how what I see from Mitchell in games does not look like a super inefficient low 20’s point scorer. He’s got that certain undefinable quality.

And Rubio lineups often have that certain undefinable stinkiness.

Yeah, the thing is I think you have stupid eyes that are subject to recency and confirmation bias.

Every other person who used the word in the history of mankind meant "top tier ability". Not what you said about shoes.

And you're being pretty sneaky if you peddle around the "Jazz are 8-0" without Rubio when those games include the Lakers, Bulls, Cavs, Pistons, Magic, and Knicks.

Nah, not really. Its a a term that comes with a cult of personality. Anything else is just a stupid phrase that is up to extreme interpretation based on what you think constitutes adding "super". Is this Dragon Ball Z? Does their hair turn a new color when they start playing like a Super Star? Is there another level above Super Star where their hair turns blue?

Tim Duncan and Jhin Stockton werent super stars by personal choice.

Words mean what people mean they use them. And when people use that word, they mean a tier above an all-star. I don't care if you think it's stupid or if you prefer another definition. Beside you just now, I've never seen it used other than to refer to ability.

All-Star isn't used to define being a star. Rudy has never been an All-star but you'd be a moron not to call him a star.

If you want to differentiate between tiers of stars, just say top 3/5./10 so your words have actual defined meaning and not some stupid phrase that's used for MARKETING purposes.

Duncan was a super star. Everyone agrees.

You are proving your original point about this in fact being an argument since there is apparently more than one idiot that doesn't know what a superstar is, so congrats.
I thought thee was an outlier/exception. I can admit I wrong about that.

I don't disagree with you. I think the whole super star thing is stupid as ****. I'm just saying people use it to refer to what they perceive to be top tier talent.
