Can Somebody Explain What The Hell Happened Last Night?

OK, obviously here in New York City we don't get a lot of Jazz games to watch. Four total -- TNT, NBA network, ESPN do not schedule Jazz games. After last night's embarrassment I am wondering how a team could get so humiliated -- and at home, no less!

- What exactly what wrong with the Jazz last night?
- Do those beatings take place regularly?
- Why don't you guys use Netto more?
- How about that Stockton clone who only got twenty seconds of playing time? Even if he has one tenth of his old man's talent, that would be enough to keep the game closer last night.
- Why don't you just run the offense through that guy O'Neale. He was the only Jazz player that showed up.

To be honest, I shut the game off when the Jazz were down by I think it was 80 at one point. And I think they were down by 80 in the first quarter. Man, what a horrendous showing for a national audience. Now I know why the networks do not schedule Jazz games.

Play better for God's sake! Basketball fans like me want to see a game, not a Houston Rockets practice session.

Houston made literally everything and played like Rudy Gobert on the defensive end.

In other words, they used cheat codes.

The Jazz lost the game in the first quarter. They arent explosive enough offensively to comeback from that big a deficit against an elite team.

Also, in Game 2 the Jazz made a lot of tough shots. In game 3 the Jazz missed a lot of tough shots, and misses against Houston leads to offense.

It might just end up Utah got really lucky in game 2. With no Rubio our offense feels like a mystery box.

We're obviously not as good as them. They won what 64 games and own 2 of the top 10 players in the league. We need Rubio back, and some luck, to win this series.

Too much isolation offense against a team that is ten times better at that. Jazz need to play like a team to have any chance and they forgot that last night. I'd be surprised if the Jazz can win another game in this series, but they've managed to surprise me before, so we'll see.

For now, my 4-1 Rockets prediction still seems most likely.

we have a tendency to disappear for long stretches offensively. Houston has a tendency to score 30 points in 8 minutes. Its a bad combo when they are both happening at once.

I want to know what happened? I mean Really Know....

Well take a seat, hold on tight and just to be safe while you wait you better hold your breath
