CJ should have been in to close out this game. Bell did nothing all night except get torched repeatedly on the defensive end.
Bell had a better shooting percentage than Miles, that's a fact. The Clanks did shoot 1 for 3 three pointers, which was better than normal since he usually misses 4 threes or more. But anyone that thinks Miles D is OK needs to watch his feet. He has no lateral speed and no anticipation. Miles leaves Miles of Space on defense.
C.J. Miles is not a reason the Jazz have lost 2 of their last 3 games, with all of 3 being at home.
Yet when CJ doesn't play, the Jazz do better. It's simple. If the Jazz as a team shot the same percentage and defended the same as Miles they would have no wins at all. No amount of illogical arguments and name calling from Bonkers will change that. He is a liability. He must have it somewhere in his contract that he gets to play. It has to be about money, because the decision to play him has nothing to do with basketball.

The Utah Jazz have outscored their opponents with CJ Miles on the floor in 11 of last 12 games and by a total of 95 pts. As per David Locke.

So your illogical argument is that because CJ shoots the lowest percentage of any other player on the team (https://www.nba.com/jazz/stats/) it makes the rest of the team shoot better? Or are you claiming that he leads the team in assists (1 per game)? Or is it his great defense based on grabbing and chasing?
Here's a great experiment for Sloan. Just play 3 games in a row without the clank. But I'm guessing that choice is out of Sloan's hands. This is not about basketball or giving the fans their money's worth.
