Mitchell beat him in 3/4 court sprint by 0.18 seconds. Do you understand what kind of massive difference is between 3.01 and 3.19 sec is in sprint?
And Locke never said he is fastest in the league, he is not that stupid. Two fastest players in the league are Westbrook and Wall. Nobody is as fast as those two.

Exum is nowhere near the top Jazzmen in athleticism. He is fast but not the fastest, very soft, not explosive at all and as well lacks strength. Plus he lacks coordination. Not sure why you find him exciting to watch, if anything I cringe every time.

If Exum had an off the dribble 3 he would be nasty. He can occasionally blow by people now even when they're taking a step back. That "if" is what DL paid 11m. Of course its looking like a "whiff" right now, which is too bad.
