It might be fair to question his heart a little bit, but there's also a really really good chance that the medical staff or front office wants to be careful with it. They did just invest 30 million into him, and he has previously been injury prone.
question his heart .. really .... on exactly what to base that inane comment
Ok, I came up with a new nickname for Exum:.... Yeti
Because him being seen doing something good on an NBA court is such a rare sighting, that's been talked about for a long time by people, hes' got some cult like followers that are ready to spend years for another Yeti sighing. But at the same time there are a lot skeptics .
I think of him as The Enigma. Or The Enema. Whichever you prefer.
Who the hell told you that?
Don’t compare Dante with a good player that still played most games.I remember hearing the same rationalizations for Boozer. I hope we’re looking at this rationally and honestly rather than letting our “hopes” drive our thinking. We’ve now seen him miss 2 seasons to shoulder and knee injuries and now a significant part of another season has been ruined due to an ankle injury that really didn’t appear to be very serious.
To be clear, yes, I’m questioning Dante’s heart and toughness. I truly wonder if he still has the fire to play and play here or if he’s ready to hang them up or leave utah. I’ve seen plenty of ankle sprains, his didn’t appear to be that serious to me, and I seriously question whether Dante is as injured as he appears.
Can we stop comparing Dante to players that have ever played significant stretches of good and/or productive basketball?Dante is our new Alec Burks. Every season we anticipate him coming back from injury and being a major contributor. And every season he sustains a new injury or two. I just hope Dennis doesn't fall back to the "getting him back is our biggest acquisition" line after he decides other FA's want too much money.
So two weeks?Injury was more serious than we thought. Medical staff went to evaluate Dante and discovered he had died sometime last week.
The Enenigma?I think of him as The Enigma. Or The Enema. Whichever you prefer.

It is entirely possible that they are actually just injury prone, which is no better or worse than someone that’s weak-willed.

Don't wanna be harsh on Dante; he's still a kid and potential is there somewhere beneath his skin.
Besides, he probably had something to do with the Jazz going for Joe the minute Rivers waived him.
So... there's that.
I'm not really saying Jazz should keep him. But it is a fact that Jazz like the idea they've got of him.Sooooo keep Dante cuz jingles?
Is there another fan base that thinks like this?
