Balls can bounce toward a player to account for rebounds. Dumb passes are made to account for steals.

I haven't been following Exum at all, to know if he produces rebounds/steals on a regular basis. I'm just saying this stat line in particular is decent for a bench player.

What role has Exum played on the Cavs? I haven't watched them in a while. To get the most out of him you need to put the ball in his hands and let him run a healthy amount of pnr.

Mostly he’s in the corner watching while sexton and garland jack up shot after shot

Ah well that explains it. He needs a particular role to be effective offensively and spot up shooter isn't it.

Must be just a national pride thing. Just weird how there is so many successful Aussies in NBA to cheer for and be proud of but he decides to support the worst of them all.

I guess it’s like having a kid who’s a complete loser. A dumb, fat, ugly boy as one example. You don’t want to but you have to love him no matter what. Or something.

Must be. I am from Lithuania and I supported most Lithuanians who ever made it to NBA. But then we had this stiff Martynas Andriuskevicius drafted by Cavs in 2005, 7'2 skinny stiff whom I had a chance to play against some time ago when he was a teenager. Dude was absolute bust and could not play, but somehow made it to NBA because of his size I guess. No matter his heritage I called him a bust right form the draft time and did not let nationality affect my judgement of his inability to play basketball. Do not understand why Douchebag has such a hard time accepting the brutal truth about Exum and just let it go.

Since that game he's now had games of 1,2,5,2,3,2.

About 5 more games and he'll equal that 28 point game he had. Yay playing with freedom!

And If Dante selfishly chucks up 30 shots a game like your overrated Mitchell he will easily average 25 points a game.

Dante can't get off the bench in Cleveland (lol) long enough to even attempt that many shots in the first place

Well... the problem is, he has to be really good for that to happen and unfortunately he ain't that good realistically. I still like him though, he's a Shaun Livingston type of player that I think will stick around for a awhile.

I mean, Donny has shot > 30 fga only once this season (in which he scored 46). In reality hes shot more than 26 shots in a game only once this season (for comparison, harden has shot > 26 fga 17 times this year).

But yay, you got em, sick burn, and all that.

Ffs moron if you had half a brain you would know I’m very realistic about Exum and his failings. I just like the kid personally and find it weird that MVP has such an obsession with bagging him out at every single opportunity. At this point it’s flogging a dead horse so why bother
