You need to put some people on your ignore list. There are better ways to read this website. Because there should be space to legitimately critique what’s happening without being lumped in with the synopsis you just gave.
No doubt. Which is why my posting is at an all time low. To be fair I think its a societal problem. Positivity is on a huge decline and negativity is increasing rapidly.
People have really poor digital habits. They need their capital-E Entertainment, and they need to feel recognized, and they need this now.
Quite frankly it's been this way, and getting worse year by year, since the advent of social media and smart phones. Instant recognition and willing mobs to get mad with us about everything. It's destroying the social fabric of the country tbh.
It took Doc Rivers 9 years of coaching to win a ring, Carlisle 10 years, larry brown 16 years(though he did win NCAA with Kansas in 82) and Bud like you mentioned. That are coaches like Nurse or Spoelstra who won it all within their first couple of years, but the roster was already set in strong position for them to make a run. Rudy was still in his second year after spending his rookie year in the G league when Quin took over, so we really didn't start contending till three or four seasons ago.
