“NEW YORK, March 6 (Reuters) - A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld the conviction of disgraced celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti for defrauding former client Stormy Daniels, the porn actress who claimed to have had a sexual encounter with Donald Trump.

In a 3-0 decision, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan found "overwhelming" evidence of Avenatti's guilt, and rejected his arguments that the conviction was tainted by multiple errors made by the trial judge.

Funny you refuse to acknowledge where Stormy on multiple occasions said this never happened. Why not? Can you explain to me like I'm 2 years old what this means? Maybe you need me to explain very basic words. Remember Stormy is paying Trump for defamation... Anyways...Are these words below hard to understand? I don't get it. Actually I do. You really care about guilt. You just want to see innocent people burn.

Yeah, funny how her trial testimony contradicts that. Was she under oath when she spoke those words? Funny how tall tales change dramatically when one is under oath….

Lol nice try. Did you see where even CNN is calling her ********? I posted it yesterday. She literally admitted it never happened and yesterday she admitted her life goal is to get Trump.

She has a lot in common with you guys imo. Remember as I said she paying Trump's court fees for lying under oath in another case...... I know we have our battles but you're much smarter than this Red. You know damn well she has no credibility.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. The charges stem from a years-long investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. The charges are related to alleged payments made ahead of the 2016 presidential election to silence Daniels about an alleged 2006 extramarital affair with Trump.

"When the witness hates the person whose liberty is at stake, that’s a big d--- deal!" Honig said. "And she’s putting out tweets, fantasizing about him being in jail.

@Red do you think it's fair that the Judge is a Biden supporter and donor? That his daughter literally works for Biden and has helped prominent Democrats make millions. I'm just curious how that's not a blatant conflict of interest to you?

CNN is just saying stuff to say stuff. Sure, if the trial were an impartial one then it would be damaging for the key witness being shown to be unreliable via contradicting testimony and an openly stated motivation to do harm to the defendant. This isn't an impartial trial. As you've noted:

If this were an impartial trial over a real crime then Stormy wouldn't even have needed to testify. This is an effort to influence the upcoming election, and that is all it is. The DNC has weaponized the justice system so that questions over a form being filled out correctly, which wasn't even a NY State form, is the basis for a hooker having the biggest stage possible to generate compelling content showing the GOP candidate in a bad light.
