I don't know what your ****ing issue is. We all knew Donald paid off Stormy Daniels during the 2016 campaign. AFTER THAT she sued him for defamation of character. That's what I was referring to, obviously. Not only did she not win that defamation case but she was ordered to pay 300k (more than what she got in her original payoff, btw) to Trump in legal fees.
She didn't beat Trump in court, ever. Trump gave her hush money voluntarily. This thread is about Trump's legal issues.

“Every claim was frivolous, most barred by settled, well-established existing law,” he said.
Mr. Trump’s lawyers were also ordered to cover about $16,000 in legal fees paid by one of the defendants, Charles Dolan, a Democratic public-relations executive. The penalties issued on Thursday may foreshadow things to come.
“We gave Trump’s lawyers multiple warnings, and rather than serve as gatekeepers of the integrity of the court system, they doubled down on unsupported allegations,” he said.
