Pretty damn certain that if there is a company with a computer for getting election results, it's done on a paying basis. If you don't pay for it up front, you get nothing.

Not talking about ideological Marxists or Patriots here, nobody in that kind of business "believes" anything.

And believe me, if they can do this, and are in position to keep doing it, they'll change votes from Democrat to Republican for about the same price.

I just go with actual evidence that has been provided and effective in the courts. Which is basically nothing.

You take everything you can find on the internet relating to democrats committing fraud as fact and truth even though everything is getting debunked left and right and thrown out of the courtrooms.

I am not reading your link here because I have no evidence anything in the webz is factual. It's all LA LA Land stuff, unless you can get to court with affidavits and getg some damn court to rule on it.

Seriously, I think Powell is a good attorney who has something in her briefcase to substantiate what she says in court. I think Flynn was innocent of what was charged against him. He was a democrat, has democrat believes and cultural references. He was Obama's man. But he gagged on the Iran deal.

This is what happens to anyone who crosses the agenda. I'm glad Trump pardoned him, but it would have made a bigger difference if his case had prevailed in court.

Anyone who thinks our "Republic" can be saved by a military tribunal would not be on good ground, even if that's all the ground there was left to "stand" on. I have no faith in the military, actually not even in police. I mean I know some pretty good people personally in those lines of work, but institutionally they are also political and hang with or fly with the politics.

I had to laugh at what the media is making of the last ditch efforts by Hannity and others.

Hannity has a staff of maybe twelve bookish students of available information. He has no investigative power like the government has. People come to him with their information or stories, and he has to make a call on credibility and he tries to bring out stuff we just can't get from a solid front propaganda team of several billionaire owned organizations. It's likely he will be kicked off whatever little platform he has.

Hannity just isn't a full-blown institutional supporter/propagandist.

I have some few facts of my own that would never get air in the media, and folks like Hannity would be about the only way to let anyone know.

Of course he is an opinion show and not a news organization. If he claimed to be vetting stuff and giving out news I think there are a helluva lot of libel ambulance chasing attorneys with a lot of deep pocket clients who would make all they could of it.

A few majors have been dinged for pushing false stories that damaged individuals recently. Opinions are not (yet) subject to that kind of legal action.

So far there has been no court that has let "discovery" go forward on the election issues. In civil matters, "discovery" is virtually a human right, where ever there is an argument for any wrong suffered by an individual.

So the fact is there are a lot of folks who have real influence, as in having a lot of chips in their pockets to play, to pay for favors, who believe Trump simply can't be permitted to have another term.

And he won't get it.
 
What you guys need to think about now is what Kamala Harris is going to do.

Biden was the main man pushing for the private-prison industry's bill in the nineties that gave our courts a mandate to incarcerate relatively harmless offenders for pot charges and other more or less victimless crimes, and our prisons got stuffed with soft, "easy" inmates. Meanwhile, we have had courts ordering the release of major hardened types who arguably are not "profitable" for the prison contract industry.

@Candresw Please educate us all on this issue.

Harris, with long-standing support from major CA politicians rode a bullet to the AG position in CA, and made a great play for this prison industry political donor class. She also has been exposed for actual indifference to the issues along these lines on race.

Biden and Harris have deep tracks with China, where Xi is actually operating re-education camps and implementing systemic programs to manage the culture. The prison camps are filled with moslem minorities and a few political dissidents.

Biden and Harris got open support from our major media, which now is compliant with Chinese "investment" advisors. The obvious charge here is that "resistance" to the new order is going to be socially ostracized or politically punished. Anyone like Powell who objects will be targeted.

We have a lot of gutless politicians, and judges. We have a lot of people who have been "reached" by political..... whatever the source..... money. Globalism has no elective officers or lawmaking authorities who can be recalled or discharged by a vote.

People who believe in this kind of government don't even believe in elections in the first place.

Those who now support this kind of government are making a bed they will have to sleep in themselves.

In Russia, there were waves of political reprisals/massacres of all kinds of people who made the dictator nervous. Most of the supporters of "change" fell under this ax.

I couldn't say Trump or anyone else is really some damn "answer" for the world, but destroying public confidence in elections is a major "win" for those who want to destroy the institutions we have had..

Our "institutions" as they stand are going along with this, and in doing so they make it open season on themselves as much as anyone else.

Hitler is a bad word, which few even understand. In the 1930s "Hitler" was hope for the world. He was rebuilding Germany.

Xi today is an open racist who speaks frankly about his Han ethnic group's superiority. Xi is the man who will lead globalism to a higher plane with Confucian-influenced culture and beliefs rather than English traditions. In China, when authority breaks down, there are no human rights or expectations that hold people together. Local warlords with little personal armies take over where they can. People try not to become obvious problems that need to be fixed. Instant displays of compliance are all anyone has to keep themselves on the sunny side of the grass.

China will not be a successful world government leader. He will not be a leader who fulfills any Western hopes for a better world.
 
I don't think Sidney Powell is a good lawyer. A good lawyer for her clients, yes, she'll tell you the sky is raining blood and that you're naked even if you're dressed in clothes, but that doesn't make her a competent trial attorney when you push your chips all in.

Asking Trump to declare martial law and for military tribunals who, I'll remind you, is reserved for enemy armies, is the stuff of lunacy.

Not having the required evidence to prove her clients claims in court so going to plan B of telling her client to declare martial law and use the United States military against the United States is some damn good lawyering.

And let's be honest, the joint chiefs would never go along with it. Hell, I'm not even sure what they'd be enforcing. Not like there's millions of people taking to the streets right now murdering Republicans/Democrats or burning down entire cities. They'd probably be standing around asking you if you've seen any good deals on Nintendo Switches or out on your lawn and having snowball fights with kids.
