I completely disagree. He came closer to winning a statewide
election in Texas than any other Democrat in 25 years. He did it by exciting new voters and building a new coalition, running to the right is absolutely not the answer.

On the other hand, I can see this man running for president in 2020.

Sorry, I meant running in a rightward direction from where he ended up running. There were a couple of moderate red state Dems that got unseated this year (McCaskill and Donnelly), so yeah, not sure that's the answer.
