Looks like you pasted the full URL, not just the numbers at the end

This is what you did:
[twee]https://twitter.com/TheVertical/status/831951580828200963[/twee] (I've deleted the final "t" on tweet so you can see the text)

This is what you should have done:
[twee]831951580828200963[/twee]

This is what shows up if you do it that way:
[tweet]831951580828200963[/tweet]

And it shows up immediately, or at least it did for me in this case.
 
I'm making an update soon that if you just post the full twitter URL, I'll just convert it in your post to a [teet]...[/teet] for you... after 5 minutes. This will likely be in a couple weeks. It will allow a link for the app and the pretty tweet pic for the desktop site.

So, if ya want, just post the full link and I'll handle it soon.

Added a feature now where the site will embed the BBCode for tweet for you as long as you post a single twitter link in full form (e.g. https://twitter.com/NBA/status/835519761303793664). No need the fight the TWEET code and get the ID and such any longer, although that will still work. If a post has a TWEET code in it already, the auto-add feature won't happen as we will assume you did it already.

This will be more friendly for the apps and EASIER for everyone. Let me know how it goes.
 
Very useful Jason one of the best things you provided lately. This way we can directly head to the tweet from the Jazzfanz app to Twitter app or simply read and watch the embedded tweet on the desktop view.
