Following 2016 potential draftees

Nbadraft.net released a new mock Dunn is at 5 now! Nooooo! They have us taking Copeland at 16 which is meh.

They also have us taking Hernangomez, Selden and Layman.

I wouldn't mind Selden as he is a catch-and-shoot master who can play solid defense. I still would love to draft Payton II in the second round.

If the Jazz took Isaac Copeland over Stephen Zimmerman i'd turn the TV off.

We need a legit backup for Rudy. I like Mr. Joe Chi here...

Are there going to be any backup centers available where the jazz pick that are much better than withey?

If I were a GM and didn't want to get fired:
1. Simmons
2. Ingram
3. Skal
4. Bender
5. Murray

My gut feeling top 5 that would probably get me fired eventually
1. Bender (Bender and Ingram could be interchangeable for me right now)
2. Ingram
3. Simmons
4. Dunn
5. Poetl

Anyone else worried about Skal? Has there been a 6'11" player in the NCAA who was as bad at rebounding as him that became a successful NBA player? He's averaging 3.9RPG...

KAT had a 18.5TRB%, Kaminsky had a 16.1TRB%, Skal has a 9.6TRB%

Is he fast enough to defend 4s in the NBA? We already know he's too weak to bang with 5s...He got abused by Marshall Plumlee so I can't imagine what someone like Drummond would do to him. Obviously it's still super early and he's still young (though he's old for a freshman at almost 20 years old), but I just have a bad feeling about him.

Chad Ford has the Jazz taking Caris Levert in his latest mock, which I would be cool with. I like Levert, but I think he's going to work his way into the late lottery by the end of the season.

Jared Uthoff. Reminds me a bit a G-time at Butler. Absolutely killing it in the first half v Iowa State.. 4 minutes to play in the half. He's got 24 pts on 9-10 FGs.

The strength of the C crop will hinge on if Zhou Qi, Jonathan Jeanne and Ivica Zubac declare for this draft, they all have years of eligibility to burn. Zubac is mostly not mentioned in this years draft, but he's eligible, and good enough to show well vs Harry Giles. DX has him at #23 in 2017. He's almost 2 full years younger than Dante..

Perhaps a Cheick Diallo, Stephen Zimmerman, or Damian Jones could fall to the pick. Maybe Diamond Stone, or some other under 7-foot options, or Deyonta Davis.

7'2" Isaac Haas, from Purdue is an interesting wildcard for the 7-footer crop, DX doesn't seem to like him. His teammate, A.J. Hamnons is 23 already but on track to get drafted in the 2nd, he's much better offensively than Withey and not too bad on defense(a work in progress)

There's more than a few 7-footers, and undersized C on the radar in the 2nd ranging from 6'9" to 7'6"

I didn't catch it, will see the replay tommorow. He's woefully underrated by DX. 30th best senior.. I've been saying Uthoff is a better prospect than Wiltjer for some time here. I'd take him on the Jazz.
Wiltjer is a better pure shooter and probably the better scorer on the college level, but Uthoff is the far superior athlete and better all around player and looks to be better suited for the NBA game in every way.

Looking at him, he doesn't seem to have the ability to draw contact (Like Hayward did at Butler) which is pretty important to being successful in the NBA.
