Following 2016 potential draftees

This is an excerpt from chad fords espn insider article on murray

"Murray's the type of player who really comes alive when the lights are on and kept pushing through repetitions of the star drill, trying to break the record for the most 3s hit in a two-minute period. He hit 22 in his first try -- just short of the record of 23, which he achieved on his second try. Then his workout partner, Dyshawn Pierre, made 24. Murray asked to go through the exhausting drill one more time and this time made 25."

That is insane shooting. I would trade with boston to get him

He can't defend. You're gonna trade Hayward for a guy who can't defend?

I agree with you about shot creation for others, but the Jazz offense floated around top 10 for a large part of the season and finished middle of the pack. The only thing bottom 5 about the Jazz offense is the assist statistics. It makes sense considering the group of players playing PG last season. I believe fast break points were a struggle for this Jazz team as well.

On offense we need a PG who can run an offense and create shots for others (Exum is our guy) and we need spacing like you said.

Why settle for top 10, top 5 defense? Why not be the best defense? The 2012-2014 Pacers, Thib's Bulls teams, even last years Spurs. That's the model the Jazz should be following and frankly we are lacking perimeter defenders. The 121.3 DRtg in the last 5 minutes is eye-popping. They are in the company of the Suns, Lakers, 76ers, and Pelicans.

Which stats are you using to bring you to the top 10 rating? Or "middle of the pack"? Also zero ppl in the world know if Exum is our guy or not. He was contact-hesitant before tearing his ACL trying to draw fouls. I'm still high on him but don't act like it isn't a huge question mark

And Stauskas scored 70/76 from 3 in 5 minutes, so what? That's not basketball. The question is what he will be able to do with NBA-athletes guarding him.

What would you give Boston for #3?

Totally a defferent work out. Stauskas was shooting from a static spot. Murray had to shootfrom a defferent spot each time. Big difference.
