People are afraid MCW will turn out like Shaun Livingston or the combo-guard version of Evan Turner. Or maybe that's just me. There's also value in having a PG with quicks. An extra couple inches in height don't help a PG if they lose quickness or strength along the way.
Edit: His jumper also looks a bit like Austin Rivers'. It just gives me the creeps a bit.

Why is he like Livingston? Just because they're both tall? With that logic I could just as easily say he's like Magic Johnson.
And not natural scorers or shooters.

Neither was Magic, so my point still stands.
I'm not saying I'm totally convinced MCW is all that, I just don't think we've had as intelligent of a conversation about him as we could.

Admittedly I have never seen Magic play live, but looking at his stats would suggest otherwise.

Sorry, Magic could score. Couldn't shoot for most of his career, though. Career average of 30% from 3 and had three seasons where he shot below 20%.
