Following potential 2013 draftees

Been away a bit. So you guys think Austin has a position? I'm assuming it's "power" forward?

I would call it the Bargnani marshmellow soft memorial power forward position for at least 3 years.

Well that is a little harsh, he tries to play inside he is just too weak. Maybe over time he can add some bulk but I doubt he is ever going to be more than 225-230.

He has the length and athletic ability to be an off the ball shotblocker and he can shoot and be a faceup finesse 4. I just worry about rebounding and being beasted in the post.

Next (and last) opportunity to see the 2013 guys play prior to their collegiate starts.. Nike Hoops Summit.

Saturday, April 20th. (ESPN2 - 5pm mst)

All the same name playing for U.S.

Wiggins will be playing for World
Also, 2015 guy, Karl Towns Jr will be playing for World
Sergey Karasev (as discussed here)
Joel Embiid (great shot-blocker)
WATCH for Dante Exum, SG from Australia

The Jazz need a lead guard (at the 1, 2 or even 3) in the worst way. Finding big man depth should not be a priority; third bigs can be had in trades and free agency (if the Jazz don't bring back Al or Paul). Jazz should be looking for undervalued lead guards who fit with the talent on the roster. At 14 - 20, I don't see anyone who's going to be a better pick than McCollum, even though his bust potential is fairly high.

Thoughts on Erick Green? Dude put up gaudy numbers on a bad team in a good league. Not a great athlete, but dude can get his shot in a number of ways and is a terror in transition. Seems like a good fit. Let Mo, Earl and Randy go, draft McCollum and Green, and play one of those two or Burks as a combo at the 1, flanked by Gordo (keeping Millsap, and running sets through him in the high post, would make this a little more tenable, especially with the ability of those guys to get open and knock down jumpers off the ball).
